Chevron Energy Summit
The Chevron Energy Summit is a case competition covering design-thinking, business modeling and pitch instruction. Winners receive scholarship awards and all participants have the opportunity to meet with Chevron executives and senior leaders.

TMCF’s flagship talent development conference, the Leadership Institute, is a premier multiday event that prepares high-achieving juniors and seniors and HBCU students for leadership roles in corporate America. Through immersive professional development workshops, interview opportunities and networking sessions, students gain direct access to Fortune 500 companies actively seeking talent.
39th annual Anniversary Gala
As TMCF’s largest fundraising event, the Anniversary Gala convenes corporate executives, government officials and philanthropists to honor the organization’s impact in supporting HBCUs while advancing access, opportunity and economic mobility for their students. This exclusive black-tie affair includes an awards ceremony, high-profile entertainment and a celebration of TMCF scholars who have excelled academically and professionally.
