The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) Board Chairman, Jim Clifton announced the additions of Dr. Cynthia Jackson-Hammond, President, Central State University, and Dr. Kent J. Smith, Jr., President, Langston University, as the two newest additions to the TMCF Board of Directors.
