For four decades, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund has been the vital link between corporate visionaries, individual philanthropists and the most diverse talent pool in the nation.
As we mark our 40th anniversary, we aren't just celebrating our history — we are accelerating our pace. Our 2027 milestone invites partners to champion the intersection of opportunity, education and economic mobility. By partnering with TMCF, you aren't just donating; you are investing in the architects of the future global economy.
Whether you are a global corporation looking to diversify your leadership pipeline or an individual advocate committed to social justice, your contribution during our anniversary year scales our impact in three critical ways:
- Bridging the Gap: Providing the financial resources that prevent a bank account from limiting a student’s potential.
- Building the Pipeline: Gaining direct access to career-ready talent from 57 member schools across the country.
- Defining the Legacy: Helping us reach our ambitious 2027 goals to expand research, technology and entrepreneurship programs at HBCUs.
