TM² Executive Search accepted as a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants

December 20, 2024

The relaunch of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) search firm, TM² Executive Search (TM²), has resulted in early success and now membership of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).

“Achieving this membership is no small feat,” Dr. Dakota Doman, executive director and managing principal of TM² said. “The AESC has one of the most rigorous review processes in the industry, and passing with flying colors is a testament to the strength and integrity of our processes.”

Doman said the milestone confirms that TM² upholds the highest industry standards and stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the most respected firms in executive search globally.

He also noted the speed in which the firm reached this milestone, just a short time after relaunching. Firms typically take much longer to complete the review process.

“This demonstrates the speed, efficiency and excellence with which we have established ourselves as a leader in this space,” Doman said.

AESC membership is a strategic advantage that will allow the firm to attract new clients, notably institutions that typically partner only with AESC-certified organizations because of their standards and credibility, Doman said. Membership will also allow TM² to continue serving its existing clients with exemplary service and innovative talent solutions.

The relaunch of TM² was a strategic TMCF initiative to support historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), historically Black community colleges (HBCCs) and predominantly Black institutions (PBIs) in attracting and retaining exceptional leadership talent.

TM² leverages the extensive TMCF network, expertise and deep understanding of HBCUs to ensure institutions have access to a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates for key positions within their institutions.
