Thurgood Marshall College Fund board chair shares financial expertise on Bloomberg

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) Board of Directors chair recently appeared on Bloomberg Open Interest to share her expertise and discuss financial markets.

Board Chair Racquel Oden, who also serves as HSBC Head of Wealth, Premier & Global Private Banking, US, shared her expertise on a variety of topics including the release of the Consumer Price Index; the slow easing from inflation via small, steady cuts to interest rates; and the recent release of HSBC’s Global Entrepreneurial Wealth Report.

“Chair Oden is a longtime member of our board and is coming up on a year of service as our board chair,” Dr. Harry L. Williams, president & CEO of TMCF, said. “The Thurgood Marshall College Fund is a better organization and provides more impact to hundreds of thousands of deserving students because of her service and expertise.”

Thurgood Marshall College Fund Board of Directors add two new member schools

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) Board of Directors met April 29-30 in Montgomery, Alabama on the Alabama State University campus and completed several action items, including the addition of two new member schools and the appointment of a new board director.
