Leadership Institute

The award-winning Leadership Institute is a national program intended to develop students’ leadership skills, create a community of scholars, provide companies access to a talented and diverse student population and help students make connections that lead to careers.

Leadership Institute is a power-packed four-day conference that will prepare juniors, seniors and graduates students attending TMCF member schools to compete in today's competitive global workforce. A key component of this experience is the recruitment fair, conducted throughout Leadership Institute, where leading companies and government agencies representatives will engage with students and offer interviews, internships and full-time job opportunities.
