Scholarship Overview:
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and Lowe’s are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and publicly Black institutions (PBIs). Twenty-five (25) scholars will be selected to receive a scholarship of up to $5,000 for the 2025-2026 academic school year. The total eligible scholarship amount will be disbursed as a single payment during Fall 2025 semester (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a full-time enrolled student as an undergraduate freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior at a TMCF member-school during the 2025-2026 academic school year
- Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- Majoring in Business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
- Must be able to demonstrate a financial need
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551

Additional Information:
The eligible total amount will be funded in two disbursements for the 2025-2026 academic year, based on the conditions outlined in the scholar’s contract.
