Scholarship Overview:
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and the Enterprise Mobility Foundation are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending TMCF’s member schools that include 57 publicly supported historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), historically Black community colleges (HBCCs), predominantly Black institutions (PBIs), medical and law schools. Eighty-one (81) scholars will be selected to receive a need-based scholarship of up to $15,000 for the 2027-2028 academic year. The total eligible scholarship amount will be allocated in two installments: one during the fall 2027 semester and the second during the spring 2028 semester (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a full-time enrolled student as an undergraduate freshman, sophomore, junior or senior at a TMCF HBCU member school during the 2027-2028 academic year
- Open to all majors
- Current cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher
- Must have the 2027-2028 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection
- Must be able to demonstrate a financial need
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551
