Capital One Launchpad: Legacy & Leadership Program

In partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), the Capital One Launchpad: Legacy & Leadership Program will provide 100 selected students with an immersive personal, professional and technical development experience led by Capital One associates and mentors. Scholars will participate in a four-day, in-person immersion centered on career exploration, leadership development and exposure to Capital One’s culture and business areas.
